God is raising up a prayer movement in Northwest Austin by creating unity within many communities. The Lord is forming a mighty army of God in these last days. Vision

Erin's vision is to encourage people to trust in God, teaching them to pray in faith, and watching them grow in confidence that God answers prayers through Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit. She has a special heart for ecumenical Bible studies, especially for women.


Profile

Erin has been involved in city and community Bible studies, including BSF, CBS, New Beginnings, and an assortment neighborhood groups. She has been in leadership with Moms in Touch neighborhood women's groups while raising four children. Training with Austin Healing Rooms and Austin Kingdom Academy has furthered her scope. Currently, Erin and her husband, George, are in the prayer ministry and alter ministry at Church of the Hills. Her passion is to help women grow in their faith and prayer experience through the Holy Spirit.



Sue Duncan

Vision

Sue's passion is to come along side others, and through genuine caring, encourage them to become compassionate listeners who will be able to minister to others also. Her goal is to expand prayer teams and ask God to raise up leaders to continue building what He has supplied.'' Building from her church out, she is beginning to work with other churches in the 78759 zip code to stir this love and favor of the LORD into the entire neighborhoods of each community.


Profile

Sue Duncan taught middle school language arts for thirty-three years in the public schools before retiring and building the prayer ministry at Westover Hills Church of Christ. A wife for 53 years and mother of one daughter and three sons as well as' 'grandmother of four small children, she realizes the importance of being covered in prayer each day of our lives.' Taking the tools from being an educator, she began making plans, organizing and detailing what a prayer ministry might look like. 'Around 14 years ago, she was a driving force behind the start of today's prayer ministry at Westover Hills Church of Christ.' Beginning with building prayer teams around each individual minister on staff, as well as each shepherd, it has presently become an entire house of prayer. There are prayer partners for every teenager from 9th thru 12th grade, prayer coverage for every service and events held in the building, prayer teams available to minister at every service, and a dedicated thrust of prayer for Anderson High School, located across the street from the church.

Tonya McKim is a gifted leader and intercessor that encourages and ministers to the body of Christ, by bringing spiritual breakthrough to churches and cities through prophetic intercessory prayer. Tonya’s purpose and desire is to lead and move the Body of Christ into a prayer movement by forming an intimate relationship with Jesus Christ through the principals of prayer, and to uncover the profound truths of God’s word by equipping the Body of Christ to walk in victory daily! Tonya has served as an Aglow International Support Group Leader, and as the President of the Round Rock Aglow Lighthouse in Round Rock, Texas. She has helped lead strategic prayer teams for many churches and ministries and has mobilized citywide prayer moves for Aglow International and The National Day of Prayer. Tonya is a graduate of Victory Bible Institute, Austin, Texas and served at Victory Christian Center an Intercessory Prayer team leader. Tonya has served as a Bible teacher in the Women of Promise Ministries at The Promiseland in Austin, and as an intercessor for the Firm Foundations Deliverance Prayer Team at Church of the Hills, Austin, Texas. She has also held community Bible studies and prayer groups in her home. Currently, Tonya is serving in the North Austin Aglow Lighthouse as the Vice President of Administration. Additionally, she supports her community through ABBA’s In the City, for the City project through the strategic prayer network in Austin, Texas.
